AASA will give you contacts, factory name, website, and a factory audit on the two factories. Only after we approve the factory, we will allow them to quote your products. AASA will get you at least two factory quotes on your product or products. AASA will negotiate the best possible prices for you product, based on several factories competing for your projects.

Before we allow factories to quote, AASA will inspect factory and create a full factory audit. Only 1 out of 4 factories in Asia will qualify our strong criteria and approved to work on your behalf. You will receive a full analytic documents on the factory (Factory Audit Review) calling out the following

SOCIAL COMPLIANCE’S & OUR HIGH STANDARDS

During our initial factory audit , AASA will review the entire facility – production area, warehouse, dormitories, canteen, etc – will give your auditors insight into the physical conditions the employees work in every day.

Local Chinese, Vietnam and other Asian countries laws requires that basic amenities be upheld at all factories: Enough space to move around and work in production areas, adequate ventilation, clearly marked and unobstructed emergency exits, sanitary cafeterias and restrooms, and easy access to potable water. AASA has no wiggle room here. If a factory is chosen by us, the workers will have a safe and stable working conditions.

SUPPLIERS COMPLIANCE ISSUE

The majority of a supplier’s compliance issues are usually discovered during this walkthrough. Common issues include machines lacking proper safety equipment, exposed or unmarked electrical wiring, chemicals that lack warning and information labels, and a lack of adequate personal protective equipment (PPE).

We will also make sure there is no child labor. Rest for sure the factory AASA chooses will have good and fair working conditions for all its staff. If a factory does not meet our strick social compliance standards they will not be given the opportunity to price out product.

3RD PARTY FULL DAY INSPECTION

Even the best of the best factories can run into quality issues. As some of the largest companies in the world such as well. Here at AASA we have many inspections on your mass production, which will seriously reduce the risk of quality issues.

AASA will inspect your product through all phases of production. That said, once your production is fully completed, AASA will hire a 3^rd party inspection company which will provide you with a full inspection report. Inspection criteria on your product will include but not be limited to the following

A. Making sure the specs are correct.
B. Make sure the assembly is correct.
C. Make sure product functions as it should be.
D. Make sure packaging is correct. Looks rich and retail ready.
E. The count is correct and there are no shortages.
